扎根理论研究方法是一种基于归纳的定性分析技术,在社会学研究领域如教育、宗教等方面运用较多。该方法的特点是从现象中提炼理论,从而创建或丰富既有的理论体系。鉴于企业研究在方法突破和理论创新上的必要性,通过对扎根理论法的适用领域、研究过程、分析技术和疑难问题等内容的论述,对致力于理论探索和方法提升的企业研究者有一定启发意义。
Abstract：The Grounded Theory is a very scientific and useful qualitative method,which is widely applied in the social research field.The most important characteristic of Grounded Theory is that it can abstract some conclusion or theory from phenomena.So,it is very necessery to use this method in enterprise studies.We present some advice concerning the question field,analysis process,technology application and difficulty culty treatment by a few case example.
